Your GLP-1 next chapter

There’s more
to your story
than a number.

A little more perspective. A little more you. Bring your meals, movement and everyday patterns together as you navigate maintenance.

The approach

Your body changes.
Your perspective can, too.

One weigh-in is a moment. Your meals, activity and trends tell a fuller story. CellStory brings those moments into focus.

01 / Nourish

Less logging.
More living.

A meal photo starts the story. Review the food and estimates before they become part of your journal.

02 / Move

A rhythm
of your own.

Keep track of resistance sessions and everyday activity. Make space for movement without chasing a score.

The pattern.
Not the pressure.

See weight, activity and optional glucose trends together. Personalized patterns arrive when there’s enough data.

A few good questions

Before your
next chapter.

Who is CellStory for?

CellStory is built for people navigating GLP-1 maintenance or an off-ramp, with a focus on muscle-wellness habits. It is a wellness companion, not a substitute for your care team.

Do I need a glucose monitor?

A glucose monitor is not required to start. Current onboarding still records a glucose-read permission with weight and activity. After that permission is recorded, personalized patterns wait for glucose days as well as meals and weigh-ins. Connecting a device is not the same as having readings.

When do personalized patterns appear?

When enough data has been collected, not after an arbitrary waiting period. The current defaults are 9 meals, 3 weigh-ins and, when glucose-read permission is recorded, 3 glucose days.

Is this medical advice?

No. CellStory does not diagnose, prescribe or make medication decisions. Discuss changes with your care team.
